Writ petition 27101 has reached the bench of Justice K C Bhanu, the honorable Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday (i.e. 17.09.2012) afternoon.
The Counsels of opposite side of Nmart could not filed their affidavits and counters in the court in intime. So the Honorable Bench adjourned the case hearing for one more week.
