My Family Members, Associates and Friends - I want to Thank You all
First of all,
Thank You everyone for supporting us at Nmart and you all have proved to be a true Nmartian. This makes me so proud that every single family member of Nmart family, Associate, Friends, Vendors are the true supporters of Nmart.
Looking all comments posted by all of you, makes me so energetic and gives me a power to work more for all of you. I'm sure that we will bring you to a new world of Nmart very soon. We are not stopped, but We are working with more Power and with more Ideas to make the world of Nmart a better place to Experience.
I urge and request all our Nmart Members, NCTL & Associates give their co-operation by visiting their nearest Nmart retail outlet to take the exact notes on a current situation and condition of the stores nearby you, also to explain the situation to our customers, Vendors and members, what we are currently working on to Improve for their future as well as how our company Supports to ever customers and members.
I assure that the current situation is a temporary situation and we are resuming our work again Very Very Soon.

A person named Mr. Gopal Singh on facebook has given some suggestions for NMart on its current situation. They are not negative in any sense but are worth reading it once. I don't fully agree to all his points but I just paste them as it is and leave it on readers to justify it in their own way:

SUGGESTION FOR NMART-By Gopal Singh
1. It is never a good sign of management to let 16 lakhs members of 27 other state suffer just bcoz of 1 state that is A.P. more over it's really bad to loose revenue of 150 crore+ that could have been generated during these 45 days.
2. Its better to resume the website by accepting the A.P courts order not to practice MLM in A.P. And continue the mart in Andhra Pradesh like other retails like BIG BAZAAR and give the services that NMART committed to its associates- like 220*48 shopping and 11,000 loyalty. This would prevent the interest of associates who promoted NMART in that region from getting humiliated and beaten. Because situation is worst for associates in A.P today.
3. This would further help 18 lakhs associates in other 27 states to get relief and start their business normally. Bcoz public who paid for NMART are getting aggressive in whole part of country and news of attack on mart and on marketing associates is getting its pace. This is creating sense of fear and insecurity to associates who work in their home town.
4.Next best thing company could do is not to wait for logistic upliftment with 1314 trucks. It's far better to hire trucks on rent for product delivery. Stocks could easily be refilled within 5 days in every mart round the country if management really want to provide the stocks.
5. Public just want the product on time with ample stock. Bcoz things given on time will only be valued. They don't bother whether the trucks are of NMART or are rented.
6. Once website and products are available, public would calm down and agitation amongst them would stop. Then company could take time to make the changes in NMART to make it best.. But at present it's not at all the right time to keep postponing the date.
7. Declare NMART to be PUBLIC LIMITED. So that public could have the clear picture of the money invested by the company, and the profit and loss statement of company. Company should have skilful Board of Directors. And not Director and CMD that to from same family making it a family business for their own interest and not in interest of public. Then only you can win the hearts and trust of associates now. It sounds bad, but is true.
8. MONEY MISMANAGEMENT. There is no doubt that the company management has used the joining amount collected from associates for their personal interest, unplanned investment and not for the development of NMART. Else this situation won't have arrived ever. That to within 2-3 years of incorporation.

9. CALCULATION-
Total collection by NMART only through joining -- 5500*20 lakhs = 1100 Crores (11 Arab)
where has all these money gone. Bcoz company is only 2-3 years old. it had not to pay maturity value of 21,560 to even 1 associate till date. Not even a single associate out of 20 lakhs has used his 220*48 coupons till date. not even a single associate has completed 4 years to get 11,000.
Then why --
i) Rewards of 10-20 crore+ are pending, from inverter to row house.
ii) Why the loyalty card has not been distributed to 10-15 lakhs associates which carry 10% of their earning. 1 lakhs associates * 5000 average in cards= minimum 50 crores
iii) Coupons of people joined in august were not issued for the whole month of august. they have not received any thing.
iv) Bill of joining 5500 for the last week after 26th august 2012 was also not generated even after ID activation. what's the proof of admission then?
v) Payment for consecutive 2 weeks was put on hold for the whole country. and then the site is closed since then.
vi) Royalty of august is also with the company.
vii) Many joining cash 5500(august last week) and cheque is also submitted to the company account with no PIN issued for it.
viii) PIN CENTRE holder also beared losses of the reserve PIN 10-15 PIN which they were ordered to buy in advance. there are Minimum 2000 PIN CENTRES. 2000*5500*10= 11 crores
ix) Payments for vendors and suppliers are due round the country. can't calculate. only company knows. Nothing less then 100 crores.
x) Deposits taken by mart FRANCHISERS.. Don't know how much.
Out of 200 marts 100 should be franchise. Average deposit (minimum 20 lakhs)
100*20 lakhs= 20,00 lakhs (20 crore)
==CAN ANY ONE ANSWER WHAT DID COMPANY DO OF THESE ARABS OF RUPEES.==
==WAS THIS MONEY NOT SUFFICIENT TO REFILL THE PRODUCT STOCK IN MARTS==
NOW DON'T SAY THAT ALL THE AMOUNT WAS DISTRIBUTED IN BINARY AND GIFTS. BECAUSE IF IT IS SO, THEN THE COMPANY SURELY NEEDS TO CHANGE ITS PLAN FOR SURVIVAL. ELSE IT IS RUNNING IN LOSSES.
10. Where the hell was the so called educated and talented management and so called visionary CMD. did they really fail to see this big BLACK HOLE or was it planned. Can't say. It's the management who knows the truth. If all the corrections are made before public reacts, it's all ok.. else..!!!!!
11. And the biggest BLACK SHEEP are the DIAMONDS and top seniors who never questioned the company about these things though they were always in direct touch with company. They were payed in crores and were in profit. Even being on that position they did not care for future associates and companies long term. else sure they would have raised these questions.
12. If the DIAMONDS would have took the complaints of associates seriously beforehand, they need not had to face associates today on phone. bcoz this situation would not have arose.

13. Every successful MLM company has a excellent leadership line up with knowledge, action, passion and killer instinct. Leaders of other MLM prove themselves why they are on top. But it's really sad to say that most of initial joining of NMART who are top leaders today stands no where in comparison to them by performance. They have earning in crores bcoz of the simple plan and initial joining but these are no substitute to personal development.
14. Any great company is great because of its incomparable man power and leadership. As per management guidelines never should an average talented person be placed on top, or even if he is there, he should not be highlighted. because he will give birth to leaders who are much inferior then him and will convert a upcoming talented leader into an average servant.
15. Its high time and company should dismantle the power of leaders and NCTL, and should recruit skilful NCTL on basis of overall performance and not only achievement. Initially there were no such leaders, but today many exceptionally talented and honest leaders have joined the company in recent months. The are real DIAMONDS who have to be digged out of mines.
16. Moreover management should even undergo drastic change with recruitment of IIT's and IIM's with experienced team for excellent management. It is always not good to introduce friends and relatives in company management at high post. Always choose the right person for the right post for success of the company in coming future.
