The following is the order copy has been passed by the Mumbai High Court on 29/10/2012 in Newlook Multitrade Pvt Ltd saying that Petitioner is permitted to serve private notice to the 9th respondent by any recognised mode of service and added Respondent raised objection that this court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this petition, finally it has been posted for 6th Dec 2012.

All the Five persons including CMD Gopal Shekhawat, Akhil Patrawala, Hiren Devani, Saleem Khan and Prateek Desai got bail from Lower court in cases of three places Ongale, Chirala and Kandukar. Few cases from other places has been withdrawn by the complainant and only two places Guntoor and Vijaywada cases are pending to get bail on 16th Nov 2012.
