High Court Notices to AP Home Department and Director General of Police: Sakshi & Eenadu News Papers 28-06-2013

Nmart has filed a Stay Order Writ petition No. 18379/2013 on  26th June 2013 in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Nature of writ: Declaring the action of Andhra Pradesh Polices are registering multiple FIRs against the Nmart Company on same issue and taking time, In this regard Nmart Company requested the A.P. High Court to transfer (hand over) this issue and transmit all matters to CID department or any other agency for the purpose of investigation, if not, give us a stay to run our business until the Andhra Pradesh Home department clear the case.

Connection with, High Court Sent Notices to Home Department and Director General of Police to produce the objections to hand over the issue to CID department or any other agency. and posted the listing date to 18-07-2013. the same has published in Eenadu Telugu Daily News paper on 28-06-2013.

And same notice sent to Additional CID Director General of Police, SHO Polices of Kandukur, Velivetivari Palem, Cheerala 1 Town, Gajuwaka of Visakhapatnam, Narsapuram, Miryalaguda, Machavaram, Pattabhiramapuram, Narsaraopet and other police stations.

Information’s to share with all of you regarding development in legal issues and opening of malls. First good news is from Calicut Kerela where one more mall is now operational. Next possibility of opening of mall is from Punjab and Orissa. Very soon we will be receiving the operational news.

Second information regarding legal issues; CMD bail application is in process in all the cases in Andhra Pradesh. Regular follow ups for frequent dates for getting bail going on. We all are waiting for some positive judgment to come.

Polices got Notices from AP High Court in 2010 by Nmart

Earlier in 2010, 7th Town Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna Dist, A.P. were filed a case against Nmart and the police people giving harassment to Local Nmart Leaders. Connection with Nmart has filed a Writ Petition No. 24210/2010 against 

1.Station House officer, 7th Town Police Station, Vijayawada

2.The Circle Inspector Narasaraopet PS, Guntur Dist,

3.The Director General of Police, Government of Andhra Pradesh, A.P

and

4.Government of A.P. Represented by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Secretariat.

According to Files/Affidavits filed by Nmart the Honorable Justice N.V. Ramana was given a NOTICES to all above respondents on 29th September 2010 with M.P. No. 30984/2010 and stated that it will not come under Money Circulation Scheme and added it is come under Government Letter DO No. 21/22/2001 dated 31/3/2003.
